He co-founded Chansen Media Group\, the parent company of Living Magazine\, in 1998 and is responsible for the overall vision of the company. In his capacity as CEO\, Mr. Ladd has built Chansen Media Group from the ground up to one of the leading lifestyle media brands in Texas. He has three children\, two grandchildren and has been married to his beautiful wife\, Tammy for over 30 years. He is intensely focused on raising God-honoring children.
