Culinarian, TJ Land has had this restaurant concept in mind for the last 10 years. It finally came to fruition after meeting neighbors, Brian and Melissa Garrett, who also have an extensive background in the industry and are great friends. Along with the support of TJ's wife, Ronda, we all undoubtedly believed in this vision. Our caring staff will make sure you have a fantastic experience with us.
The Hawks Nest Sandwich Co. is a family owned artisan sandwich shop in the heart of Heath, TX. Sandwiches, Breakfast, Coffee & Frozen Custard served Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:30pm & Saturday’s from 8am-3:30pm.
