Please join us in honoring Scott Self's many years of service to the City of Rockwall who's legacy will be remembered for generations to come.
The Harbor Lighthouse will be named after Scott Self, a sailor and beloved member of the Rockwall community. The ceremony will take place just before the Concert by the Lake on Thursday, July 22.
