We're seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Rockwall, Texas. While this is an entry-level position, it offers excellent opportunities for growth and training. Ideally we would prefer a candidate currently working on advancing their education.

About the Role

As the friendly first face for our clients, you'll play a vital role in our client intake process. You'll answer calls, qualify leads, schedule appointments, and ensure smooth client interactions. This is an in-person position at our Rockwall office.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors professionally.
• Qualify potential clients over the phone using a provided script.
• Schedule appointments using our online system.
• Gather basic case information and enter it accurately into our web-based data management system.
• Scan mail and documents for digital storage.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

• Strong critical thinking skills
• Solid phone etiquette
• Punctual and reliable
• Basic computer skills (specifically with MacOS, Google Workspace, Google Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
• Professional and polished appearance
• Excellent written communication skills (a huge plus)
• Must have reliable transportation
• Relocation assistance not provided.
• The receptionist role is an in person position and not a flexible, remote or hybrid position.

Education Requirement:

• High school diploma or GED (minimum)
• Currently enrolled in a degree or certificate program (a plus)

Work Hours:

• Full Time
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (including 1-hour unpaid lunch)

Compensation: Hourly, $12/hr

Job Type: W-2
