About Us

R.E.C. Treatment Center (Rehabilitation • Education • Community) is a nonprofit behavioral health organization dedicated to helping justice-impacted adults achieve lasting recovery, stability, and successful community reintegration.

Our mission is to reduce barriers to care by providing accessible, evidence-based substance use treatment, counseling, education, and recovery support services. Through virtual and in-person options, income-based fees, and community partnerships, we strive to ensure that individuals have access to the resources they need to build healthier, more productive lives.

R.E.C. Treatment Center believes that recovery strengthens more than individuals—it strengthens families, workplaces, and communities. By addressing substance use and supporting successful reentry, our programs help reduce recidivism, improve public safety, promote economic stability, and create opportunities for long-term well-being.

In partnership with Rockwall County, R.E.C. Treatment Center is proud to implement an innovative jail-based substance use treatment program focused on early intervention and successful reintegration into the community.

At R.E.C., we are committed to turning barriers into bridges and creating pathways to hope, healing, and opportunity for the individuals and families we serve.
